Shanzhaiben reports that the AT6700 is by Atmel. Suppposedly ARM11, 624MHz, CEVA multimedia processor, ARC co-processor (handle tv signals maybe?). It looks a bit RK2818's configuration, actually. ATMEL does not list this processor on their webpage. Not sure what is happening here. Atmel does have an ARM 11 license: http://www.atmel.com/dyn/products/view_detail.asp?FileName=ARMLicense_4_9.html&family_id=605

In any case, a TV tuner built into a cheap Android tablet might be a first. There also seems to be an active bluetooth symbol. CEVA should support some multiformat multimedia playback.

Kernel version 2.6.32 means it is not as much of a mess as the Rockchip.
