B&N 1.3 OTA Update - Rejected?

Just wondering if this is happening to other 1.2.0 Rooted, ManualNooted NCs, or just mine.

I never turn my NC off, just a quick tap to put it to sleep. Once a week, I find it wide awake, sitting in ClockworkMod, with messages saying an update was downloaded and failed. It doesn't say what update, and I'm guessing it's the B&N 1.3 OTA. It's not a problem, I just re-boot and everything works perfectly, as it has since I set it up. This just started about three weeks ago. Supposedly, rooting and/or installing ClockworkMod will prevent updates. Is this what's happening? Any thoughts?

Shame on you Spider-you know to search! Yes it's ClockworkMod. You have to remove it or it won't update.

Thanks Sue, just wanted to be sure. Now that I am, I have no plans to allow the update. I'm a firm believer in the "Don't fix it if it's not broken." theory of maintenance.
