Cant download anything from market

Hey guys, just got my LePan2 set up my market using my account, but i cant download anything, it says "Netflix could not be downloaded due to an error" I get the same for anything i try to download?
Any one seen this before?

Never mind I guess i was being to impatient its working now, just had to leave it about 10 mins

First verify you have sufficient "Internal memory", this situation you mention that you "Just got" your device. So i think you have sufficient internal storage. Then next clear cache and data on "Market app", "Download manager". And restart your phone. Now everything should work. If not perform factory reset. If it not work reinstall your ROM.

Its working now, it must have just taken a while for the tablet to set up.
i just left it alone for 10 mins then all was working!

Brit - it might have been sync'ing apps, if you had an account in the Market and the setting of 'Backing Up Apps' was on, it will try and download them all.

Slows things down, just give it time and presto. Think that's what you got.
