Can't Use Camera

sir i can't connect to the internet through wi-fi..what could be the problem?i tried to reboot but nothing happen.

I don't know everyone who has a telechips so far that has messed with either their internal sdcard or vold file has lost internet connection.

I no longer have a telechips tablet, so I cant test and see what the connection between internal sdcard vold and internet connection is.
