I use an Archos 80G9 and have recently updated the firmware to the latest version. However I cannot receive e-mails. I get a message saying ' certificate error' and 'check server settings'. How do I do this.

That sounds like something either got confused during the upgrade or your mail provider changed policies. It normally can be corrected by selecting use SSL or server requires authentication. Do a search using your providers name and the words "smtp pop settings"
