Collecting Reaction time Data with an Android Tablet?

Hi there,
I'm new to the forum and very new to tablets. I will be conducting an experiment with elderly adults who have suffered a stroke . . .and will be testing them on various memory and reaction time tasks.


We need a tablet that is easily programmable, and is reliable and accurate in recording reaction time data (with a touch response). Any advice on which tablets have a better record for outputting information.
