    Hi
I'm looking to be able to watch videos on my Asus Memo pad 8 on a TV. I bought a lead from Amazon, which worked on my friends Samsung, but not on my tablet. Should I be able to do this? What lead do I need?
    Thanks!

I'm not sure what lead you are referring to but some/many of the Samsung tablets have a mico HDMI port that would/could be used to connect to a TV. Your Memo as far as I know has no HDMI port. That would normally be the way you could display the Memo to a TV.

Hi. It's important to know what model is your tablet. There is a protocol called SlimPort, which is similar (better) to MHL. Maybe your friends' tablet support MHL cable.

I'm sorry but our Asus tablets don't support it.

However some models like ME581 support SlimPort (a bit expensive than MHL), so if you have this model you could buy it.

    What is your model exactly??
