Connecting VTAB1008 to Car Radio via micro-usb

Prior to the Honeycomb update, I was able to connect my tablet to my car radio via the front aux. usb port. I used the same cable that comes with the charger as the connection. After the update, I get an error from the radio that says device is 'unreadable'. Prior to the update, whenever I connected via the micro-usb port of the tablet, I would get a message asking me for permission to access the tablet. I got this message whenever I connected to my PC or the radio. Now I no longer get this prompt. I am able to access the tablet via my PC just fine, using the same cable.(Just no more notification asking for permission). Any help would be appreciated.

I was using the usb link to stream audio(books) from the tablet to the car speakers.

You should still be able to use the headphone jack for the same purpose. The partitioning was changed with the update to allow better use of the SD card. Try going into settings and messing with the storage locations to see if it corrects your issue.
