Debugging mode unchecked.

Hi.I need help here.Is there a way to get Debugging mode checked if an android device is stuck and wount boot up?I forgot to check the debug mode before attempting a reboot and i need to reflash trizet rom.I tried a hard reset which didnt work. Recovery doesnt work either.The device is an S7 slim.Is the device bricked?

I sorted it.I managed to get to fast boot mode then flashed the rom.Its unfortunate there is still no working recovery for this device, maybe thats what i should work on.I think playing around with roms and kernels without Debugging mode enabled is suicide,now I know.

Start from the beginnig. reinstall the stock firmware if you can. check debugging mode and try reflashing again.
