Digital2 Android Tablet

Hi, my name is Lori and I purchased a Digital2 tablet about 1 1/2 months ago. I turned it on last night and it said "no command" and nothing I do is resetting it so I can use it. I tried the reset button and that did not work either. I can't download a fix for it because I can't get passed the reset screen. Please help me or tell me how I can return this tablet.

Not sure what version you have and you can ignore the topic of video, you will possibly find your reset info inside this video
