I dropped my Elf tonight off kitchen table. It was in a leather carry pouch. Now it will not boot up. Screen stays black with no sign of life.
If I plug in the USB cable to computer it is seen by the computer so I am guessing it is on. If I hold down on the power button (20-30seconds) while hooked to computer the computer will beep showing it is hooking up or un-hooking from the computer.
What should I do? Open case and check for busted ribbon cable? Any way to check the screen?
