I downloaded the Box.net app on my iPod touch 4G, signed up 4 accounts so far with 4 different email addresses, seems like you can sign up as many as you'd like.
That's 50 GB per account.

The Box app is available in the Android Market & iOS app store. Downloaded it to my iPod touch, a500 & Android phone. The catch is you have to log in or sign up through an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to get the 50 GB free. Compared to dropbox 2 GB free, 50 GB 9.99 a month.
