G Tablet doesn't turn on...

I turned off my g tablet than i try to turn it on but it doesnt turn on completely it goes until (see the image) . I have just one day that i bought it but i can not return it becouse i am far away from the place that i bought it. pleaseeeee help meee plss

Leave it plugged in for 30 minutes before trying to turn it on. Most likely your battery is too dead to turn the device on.

I KEPT POWER BUTTON END VOLUME UP AND I DELETE ALL USER DATA AND NOW IT S WORKING :d
