Google maps 3d

Hello; its there any way to make google maps to work in 3d? the last version of them could do that, i was trying to make it work but no result; also what is the latitude for?? because it keeps asking me to sign in to google, but i am already signed in but nothing happens.... could somebody explain that pls??
