google play kindle app (amazon) doesnt work

is there anywhere else I can get kindle app for android? when downloaded, app won't open. DL from freewarelovers.com & it worked for awhile. then, couldnt access my books & amazon help told me to delete & DL again. now, freeware site says "under technical maintainence"--won't DL anything. amazon & kindle help forums have no idea.

I found that on my WM8650 the latest versions of Kindle do not work. I had to install an older one and now do not update it. Version 3.4.1.1 was the newest I can get to work on mine. I downloaded it from Download free Kindle app for Android at Freeware Lovers Don't forget to uncheck the automatic update box in the Google market or it will update it.

If you don't have the Market or google play. You can use the slideme app site. Download the slideme app. Then you can download amazon from there.
