Hardware ID missing

In trying to connect my GT-P 3113 tab through kies to my windows 7 32 bit os i repeatedly get this response ". It seems there is another piece of hardware attached to the tablet that windows does not recognize. also my device manager gives this message " This device is working properly.There is a secondary device connected to this hardware that Windows cannot identify because it does not have a valid hardware identification number." if i try to update the driver that way. Could this be related to the camera issue that i have read about and have also experienced on my tablet?

Do you have a uSD fitted? It might be that... just taking an uneducated guess...

Hate to sound foolish but here goes. Not really sure what a uSD is. That being said chances are that i might not have one fitted.
I'm still having the same issue with the pc recognizing the tablet. My pc doesn't appear to recognize the SIII phone either but will charge both of these.

uSD = microSD card.
