Have Criag 7" with 2.1

Have Craig tablet 7 days old, just turned it on and received following notice on screen.
"The process android .process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
"Force Close"
I have tried shutting down etc. but cannot stop from looping back to this screen.

Any suggestions as to correct situation.

Those were one of the issues reported. Pack it backup and take it to CVS for Exchange.
