Help Please

I had bought my son a tablet for christmas and now i believe well i know its got a virus. only thing it does is push's a bunch of apps..i can't go and download and virus app because it keeps pushing other stuff.. anyone know what to do? I'm new to this btw

If it's an Android tablet, go into the app drawer and tap the Settings icon. Scroll down to "Backup & Reset" and tap it, then select "Factory Data Reset" on the right side of the screen. Follow the prompts that appear. That will reset the tablet to factory settings. Your son will lose all the apps and data stored on the tablet, but the virus will also be removed.

P.S. The app drawer icon is usually found in the upper right corner of the tablet's screen and consists of six white boxes in two rows of three.
