I am not getting my hotmail on my tablet since 21st Jan it is saying sign-in-failed not sure what to do as cant see a sign in page. I'm not an IT person so an idiot guide please.

A few questions.
What email programme are you using on the tablet?
Have you tried logging to your Hotmail account from your computer?
Are you waiting until your tablet has made the WiFi connection to your computer.

You need to sync your google account and make sure you're getting that. Also check your setup in whatever email app you are using.
