your tablet has to be android 2.2

If you're not running Android 2.2 "Froyo" firmware you are 99% out of luck.
Why 99%? Well, there is a Flash Player ported to Android 2.1, but it doesn't work for almost anybody. There is a Flash Player Lite that can be installed too, but as the "lite" indicates it is feature limited and that also doesn't work for almost anybody. In fact, both those options are so unlikely to work I wouldn't even bother.
