How to clear App Defaults

I have been using Chrome for the last couple months, but I have become very suspicious with recent performance issues on my tablet. How do I clear the default that brings up Chrome when I click on a URL in an email? I want to try Dolphin again.

Go to Settings - Apps - All - Chrome

Tap the Clear Defaults button ( may have to scroll down)

Also, you can open Dolphin and go to Settings and set as default and it will take over.
