How to root? Please HELP!!

My first tablet it moves slow as a snail and the android market is 1.6 and it sucks it dont have any good apps to down load at all like Pandora or scanner radio. Any info on how to root and how to get a better android market wil all the cool apps is greatly appreciated.

hold on...is this the actual android market or the market that came with it?

You can try using a rooting app like androot or z4root...if thaqt doesnt work then install a rooted rom.

This is the market that came with it. Its a tablet that came from china so it has most apps in chinese and english. This market is in chinese cant find anything wen I try to search in it.

I tried the link to get the english version and it just said my device dont support the file WHAT?? Am I missing something here?
Will rooting this tablet give me more speed it moves like a turtle UGH!!!

you have to unzip the rar file first then install it.
