Now that you have had a week to check ICS out, any noteworthy differences? Any issues? Are all of your apps running smoothly?

Some of the big differences with ICS:

Smoother (faster feel to it)
Swipe recent apps out of the recent apps list (long press to go to App Info in Settings)
Swipe individual notifications to remove
Hit the X at the bottom of the notification list to clear all notifications.
Widgets now located in the App Drawer
Create folders on home screen by dropping an app or shortcut on another
Camera App Added to lock screen
Panoramic Camera Option
