intempo I.D.Spirit - Need Help

just become a member,in hope that somebody can stop me pulling my hair out with my andriod

the screen is frozen cant do a thing with it cant even power of correctly....have to hold the on/off switch in till it turns off

open to any suggestions b4 it gets launched through a window....
