iRuli Tablet is stuck on start up screen

I purchased an iRulu tablet about a month ago and all of a sudden the screen froze and it re-started. Now every time I try to restart it, it gets stuck on the start up screen. Is there a reset button that I'm missing or is the whole thing "fried"?? Please help!!!!

It's probably stuck in fastboot mode try to reset it or install a custom rom via fastboot. Try to get it in FWDN Mode and don't worry it's not fried because anything that starts is not fried.
