Jetflicks won't work for me! Why?

I just bought an Asus Transformer, not knowing that Hulu's not an option on tablets. So I did some app research, came cross Jetflicks, and after reading all the positive reviews, I downloaded it - and bought a subscription for a month. But it won't work! I've done everything the site recommended (downloading the recommended browser, making sure i'm in 'mobile-view", even downloading rockplayer lite), but all to no avail. I'd reeeeeallly like to be able to watch modern family on my tablet. How do I do this??
