Please help... I just got two brand new Coby Kyros 8024 for my two kids for Xmas and they work great; however, every time they try to download apps from the library it fails on both of them and prompts back a message saying to verify if there is enough memory. How can this be if there is nothing in the memory, they are new. We did the reset on both of them and still the same issue.
