You've to do a little trick. the serial number that you've to use is different from the one you've in the back of your coby. you've to use this one: 101110010351
But the last three numbers (351) in the example above, you've to change. As many people already upgraded using this serial, you've to try with different 3 last numbers (i.e. 352,353,354...and so on) until one is recognized.
as for me i've used one number above 400, so it' better for you to start in 600 or 700 until you manage to do it.Regards
