Kyros mid7125 help: freezes and reboots

Hello all

I have purchased this tablet for my mom for her birthday early January. Recently the tablet started having problems. Synthoms include random reboots, a buzzing sound of of nowhere, screen turning all snowy and white. Tried factory reset and everything and it still happens frequently at random times. I was thinking about sending it back for warranty repairs but was wondering if anyone here has had this problem? Would rooting work? Unless its a hardware issue?

i jsut recieved an replacement tablet about 5 days ago, and it started happening again. anyone have any ideas at all?
