Lost all menu on tablet

Hi, I need help, I reinstalled my android OS with script file because the android wasn't loading. Now the android os loads perfectly but after the loading message I get a black screen. I don't have any menu at all.

What I did wrong and is it possible to reinstall the menus

what type of tablet do you have? what version of android do you have? what version of android were you trying to load? where did you get it from?
