mid 7035 problem help

I have big problem i'am keeping scanning wifi with my tablet mid7035 anderoid but thar's no acces to wifi
NB: i have wifi in my house
please help mé i need to be fixed

Does it do this on all WiFi networks or just yours?

I didn't routed and i don"t know how!!
the apps: ididn't installed anything just what i found on it

But you didn't try it on other WiFi networks either. Until you try it on another WiFi network, e.g. the local coffee shop with free WiFi, I can only guess at the probable causes.

• If the device works on WiFi networks other than yours: Your WiFi is either improperly configured or defective. Where your other devices seem to work correctly, this is not likely.
• If the device does not work on other WiFi networks: The tablet is defective. Exchange it for a new one.
