Mid android version 2.3.3 and model # m7206 help help help help help!!!!!!!

I bought this from a girl and when I turned it on i noticed it didnt have an Android Market or Google Play. I went to the official websited to download either and it says my device is not compatible. WHAT HAPPENED?
what do I do to fix that?
was this hacked or jailbroken?
was the tablet software changed what happened? PLEASE HELP!!

If my memory serves me I don't believe any of the Coby tablets come with Google play or Google market installed. It's one of the reasons why the Coby tablets are sold for a lower price. You can however add the market/play store back in after through some workarounds. You may want to check out Coby related forums.

search on google, for the play store update download, save it to a usb stick and run it with mypad or apps manager. After the second or third restart it will recognize the type of device, and let you into the play google store.
