Mirror one MID to another....

Hi everyone,
I have 2 identical chinese A13MID tablets - one works fine, the other for some reason got locked with security code that no one knows what it is. I need help unlocking the one and I was thinking if there is a way to mirror everything from the working one to this one, as if factory resetting it from scratch.

Can this be done? Is there another way to reset the locked tablet and make it functional again? What would be the steps?

I will suggest getting the IMG (Rom) File from the working one to transfer it to the problem one. But I'm also experiencing the same issue and i don't know how to get the full IMG since it only gives me the DUMP files and I don't know how to flash with DUMP Files so if you find a answer will you provide it to me?? Thanks.
