My Kyros wont turn on....

so i bought a coby kyros MID8127 and it wont turn on it just gives a white screen and turns back off ive tried to reset button and that does not seem to work... any other suggestions?

If it's a dud I'd take it back as it's still under warranty?I guess you couldn't do a factory reset as you can't get into it! so I'd go try
the first option! good luck
