my tablet is meesed up

first off i put my tablet on hold then came back 15 min later and i wanted to play a game and it keeps having this pop up: the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped unexpectedly. please try again and i force close it and it keeps popping up no matter how many time i power it off. help just got this for x-mas

what kind of tablet is it? gapps is part of the google package market ect::

its a craig wireless touch screen tablet the model is: CMP738a

now it reads: android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. please try again i need some serious help.
