My tablet wont boot

I have a sc-70mid series droid tablet and ive only used it once because it wont turn on, ive charged it for a long time but when i turn it on the droid man comes up with the info on the bottom but that's all, can anyone help???

I'd say if you can return it do so and get a new one, it should work right out off the box.
