There isnt a lock screen tab on that unit is there? I know other Tabs out there have a small lock tab to keep orientation (I have not got mine so I do not know).

I don't think so. You will have to go into settings to lock the screen.

I've noticed another screen related problem on my unit. Once the screen shuts off to save power, it turns back on ever 30 second or so, for just about 1 second, and then screen goes dark again. This was when I had the screen shut off set at 2 min. I haven't had a chance to observe it after I changed it to 10 min. Has anyone noticed this strange behavior?
