need advice : how to install ICS on my Samsung Galaxy tab

In July, I will have the ICS update software on my Galaxy. How do I install it? It is easy, just run the software, or I will need some informatique skills ?I´m asking help, because I saw this video and it seems a bit hard the installation, but I think it is a rom installation, not the official update!

Samsung uses the proprietary SAMSUNG KIES. If the update does come. (hopefully) then connecting your tablet to your computer and running SAMSUNG KIES would let you know right away if there is an update available for your device. Just choose update and allow it to do its thing. It's that simple. You can also go to a samsung Service center and they can upgrade your device for free.
