need help installing my keyboard for my pandigital 7" color

I purchased a case that has the keyboard in it to use with my pandigital white novel 7' but cant get it to work, It didn't come with any instructions so I have looked online and the only thing I can figure is this new thing dont work no lights or anything. but then again it is like it is not getting any power.

Did the place you bought it from say it was for the pandigital? The reason I ask is because most keyboard cases are USB and not all Android devices support hosting USB devices.

yes. I m also with probbiethe1. but with this . I suggest you to go back from where you have purchased it replace it with compatible case
