Try to change another video format, sound no image on the video may be a problem, not machines. good lucky

I have the same problem . I have download veetle and i too have sound but no picture, also sopcast plays but freezes all the time and bbci player & c4od ask me download adobe flash which is already installed (flash 10.1)
