new at android tablet

hello - I just got an android tablet. I would like to be able to view more then one web / internet screen / window at one time. Would this be called tilling, or multi-panes? Does anyone know how to do this... I have viewed more then one window through menu but unfortunatley the windows all convert to the same one - i can't view different subjects at one time.

would it be better to use an app for this?

Hopefully someone can help. I am not a "real technical" person so please leave detailed instructions that I would be able to understand. I appreciate any suggestions you can give.
