New Galaxy Player 5 owner

This is my first android device so i'm a total nooob. I wanted to know if people had some recommendations for the following

uPnP app: I have bubble upnp but I didn't know if there was a better one.
antivirus: I got AVG is that a good one for android? I've used it for PC for years.
Finding Free wifi hotspots
turntable.fm app
Picasaweb app. I would think that this is built in but I can't find it.

Can I get icecream sandwhich, do I want it?

Anyone know of a good case for this? My wife has a otterbox for her iPod touch and i like that but it doesn't look like they make one.
