NTFS/exFAT support

is there a way to get NTFS/exFAT support for a rockchip based tablet like my fview 7' tablet mainly for the usb port

NTFS support is not offered directly on Android. eXFAT is supported depending upon the Android version. I have mounted eXFAT 1.5Tb drives on my Archos Gen8 and ASUS TF101 tablets.
