Hello! I accidentally downloaded and loaded a wrong firmware to my ONDA V971 quad-core. According to my SN, I should have used V1 version instead.
V971Core4_v3.0_v1.zip_??????|??? ??-?????
After the updating system through PhoenixSuit, the tablet completely died off. I guess several folks here had the similar problem.

So i would need some step-by-step procedure how to finally revive my tablet. I'm new in Android and the first thing happened to me...had to be this!
Thank you so much for any tips and helps, i appreciate that a lot! THANK YOU!

Ok, yesterday I had the same problem as you describe, open the Phoenix software, select the correct firm (previously you must have downloaded), as your device is bad you can see 'nothing is connected', with the USB wire connected, you must power off completely your tablet pressing 10 seconds the power button, then disconect the USB wire, now push the Home button about 5 seconds and DON'T RELEASE, put the USB wire again and make clicks (not a long press!!), about 10 times, shorts clicks, on power button. In that moment you can upgrade the correct firm. And everythig will be fine.

Expect you can resolv
