I never got orweb to work, but set orbot proxy type to HTTP, server address to 127.0.0.1, and port to 8118; then use Firefox to add-on the proxy mobile extension. FF w/pm worked first time, unlike orweb whose settings were apparently too obscure for me. One note is that, once FF has the pm add-on, then orbot must be up and running for FF to work.
(Or perhaps you found a solution already)
I belatedly admit that my TF101 is now at Android 4 ICS, but 3.2 ought to work similarly.
