problem with my tablet!

hello sorry for my English but i need help I was given a 7-inch tablet with Android 2.2, Istarted to charge the battery for 24 hours as the manual says, once it has finished charging i turn on the tablet, turn off, i restarted, I did everything but the only thing that shows the green bug screen is the android and computer data as android 2.2 the number of construction, and nothing happens, it is completely the same and still. idont know what to do to do to start using
please help me

I have the exact same tablet and I bought it brand new but mine won't get on the internet. It shows wifi connection but says no data connection. I think they are just not any good. I have tried to get help with mine but everything I am told to do doesn't work. I'm going to send mine back. Sorry, I don't have a solution, only bad news.
