problem with the battery

pls help...my tablet battery doesn't fully charge since i opened it the first time, how do i troubleshoot?

Get a AC/DC multi-tester and test the PSU leads and make sure the correct volts are coming out of the PSU. If not then the Battery will need to be replaced. You're looking at 500 recharge one about less than $20 bucks. You should be able to get one in your Country.
