Problems downloading two apps

I have bought Documents2Go and AlwaysonPC for my Iconia Tablet. When try to download the desktop software (Windows 7 -Dell PC) to my PC, the D2G software loads and won't open.

The AlwaysonPC app, when I try to download in either Firefox or Google Browser, it says it should be opened with Java (TM) Web Start Launcher (default). I then click Ok and I get a wiindow which says "Can not read message file"

Help!

Yes just checked I have the up-to-date version.

Have managed to get AlwaysonPC installed and working.
