restarting issues

OK, I rooted my nook and then used honeycomb from an SD card, but am having an issue. I have a shutdown box coming up at seemingly random time asking if I want to shut down or now. If I either answer OK or cancel, it shuts down. I have done a factory reset.

On a different note, after installing honeycomb, I don't have marketplace on it, how do I get to it?

Any ideas of what I can do for this?

If you were running Honeycomb from a SD card, why not just remove the SD card and go back to your normal root?

Just to add to what darmeen said, honeycomb is not ready for prime time. Play around with it and have fun but if you want a good android experience, why not just run your normal root?
