I've found a link to their website shenzhen anpe It's woefully slow and will take ages to load but you may find some useful information there if you're patient. This may be the only place you may obtain an English manual for your tablet. There's a forum there in Traditional Han Chinese (Use Google Chrome with it's built in Translate to find your way in there), I've spent about 1 and a half hours trying to find your English manual, if you're really determined I'm sure there a link in there somewhere!
